All our food is mild.
If you want your food hot help yourself to freshly chopped chilies.

If you're a vegan, rest assured all
of our vegetarian food is vegan friendly.
We do not use any dairy including Ghee
in these dishes.

We use local produce wherever
possible, free range chickens, and
all our consumables are biodegradable.
We are constantly looking at ways of
being more Eco friendly, e.g. Frank Water, who are a non profit organization where proceeds go to water aid. We are aiming
to be organic in the near future.

All our dishes are prepared and made on
site with fresh locally sourced ingredients. We don't use ready chopped frozen garlic or ginger, we skin and chop it ourselves so it is fresh and tasty.

We use a tiny amount of Ghee for it's rich taste, however 99% of the fat in our meat dishes is what comes out of the meat as it's cooked, so it's a lot healthier that your local curry house.

Turmeric - IMage Turmeric
Indian doctors have used turmeric to treat many ailments, from sprains to jaundice. As an antioxidant they say it can help to protect against cancer and may help protect the liver from toxins

Ginger is said to be good for colds and nausea and is perfect for veggie juices
Cumin - image Cumin
Researchers have said that cumin may stimulate the secretion of pancreatic enzymes which are compounds necessary for proper digestion and nutrient assimilation
Coriander - image Coriander
In herbalism, coriander is known to help purify the blood. Coriander also helps the body absorb nutrients and remove waste matter.
